Dr. Aruna Medara, CYT

“Empowering individuals through the ancient wisdom of yoga.”

Dr. Aruna Medara is a retired physician and certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice and 5 years of teaching at her own HOLISTIC YOGA CENTER. Her goal is to share the benefits of yoga, rooted in 5,000-year-old Eastern philosophy, with her students.

Aruna’s classes focus on helping individuals understand the mind-body connection and its role in reducing stress. She integrates Western scientific research with traditional yoga techniques, showing how mindfulness can improve mood, metabolism, and even brain function. Her sessions include regular pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, offering a well-rounded approach to health and well-being.

Bettina Fegan, CYT

“Bringing yoga to every body, every day.”

Bettina Fegan’s love for yoga began in 2013, and she has been sharing her passion ever since. Her classes guide students through physical, energetic, and emotional practices that help them navigate life’s challenges.

Bettina views yoga as an authentic journey—an illuminated path that helps practitioners embrace change while reconnecting with themselves. With over 400 hours of teacher training, Bettina specializes in Adaptive Yoga for children and adults with special needs. Her mentor, Annica Rose (a student of Baba Hari Dass), inspired her to make yoga accessible to all. Bettina believes that each individual’s practice is unique, and that’s what makes yoga beautiful.

Helena Taiclet

I’m Helena Taiclet – I have been practicing martial arts and Yoga since the age of 15, in 2022 I decided to join the community of yoga teaching and group class instructor, seeking for a meaningful impact and driven by a yoga and body movement passion of many years! The time on the mat brought me physical, mental, and emotional benefits, igniting a deeper connection with the self and focusing on all that our bodies can do more than what they can not, to build a community of peace and positive change!

With every practice I seek to empower people to cultivate greater body awareness, confidence, and inner peace.
